Hamas leader Rafat Morra reiterated his Movement’s willingness to resume dialogue and achieve the national reconciliation as part of its bid to best serve the Palestinian people’s interests and manage the Palestinian situation based on national partnership.

In a press release on Thursday, Morra noted that the visit of Hamas’ delegation to Gaza on Thursday proves its willingness to end the internal Palestinian rift and resume reconciliation talks with Fatah.

“Hamas prioritises the Palestinian people’s interests as part of its overall vision for defending the Palestinian people, their land, and their cause,” Morra stressed.

He confirmed that his Movement is keen on thwarting all Israeli plans that aim at judaizing Jerusalem, isolating the West Bank from the Gaza Strip, and abolishing the Palestinian people’s rights, the foremost among them is their right to return to their homeland.
